You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of Google APIs

ClickBuddha uses Google APIs to access your Google Ads account information with your explicit authorization. We only request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope to provide core functionality such as viewing campaign performance and making authorized adjustments. We do not access, use, or share your data for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Use of Google services through ClickBuddha is subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service or engage in unauthorized, harmful, or unlawful activity. You remain responsible for all content, campaigns, and data associated with your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ClickBuddha at any time for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer

ClickBuddha is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or results of the service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
